The brief was to create a tranquil but practical family garden, which would provide a pleasing view from the kitchen all year round and be easy to maintain.
 
A series of terraces in sandstone, London brick and gravel lead from a large entertainment patio, around the lawn to the back of the garden.  Curves were introduced for movement and flow and low maintenance evergeen planting is enhanced with Spring bulbs and herbaceous perennials for seasonal colour.
