I've been busy over the last few weeks working on a couple of Virtual Garden Consultation Reports which are perfect for those of you who would like to improve their outdoor space themselves but are looking for a designer's eye and experience to make recommendations for improvements.
Initial consultation meetings are run using Zoom or Microsoft Teams and do require a little more prior input from clients that usual. Photographs or videos of the site are very useful with detailed photographs of any problem areas and planting beds and some measurements of the site are required. It is always useful to have a budget guide so that I can tailor my advice accordingly.
During the consultation, I'll talk to you about what you would like from your garden and my initial thoughts on how improvements could be made. Clients will also need to take soil samples from the garden and feed back on results.
Following the meeting I will produce a consultation report with my recommendations, details of suppliers and estimated costs for each recommendation. I can also help with sourcing plants, composts and other materials via my network of suppliers.
