What's the first stage of working with a Garden Designer?

The first stage in working with a Garden Designer is the all important Initial Consultation meeting. This extensive meeting, which usually lasts 1-2 hours, allows the designer to really get to grips with how you see your ideal garden.

Through in-depth discussion with your clients about their likes and dislikes, wants and needs and work and leisure activites, along with visual hints from the surrounding landscape, architecture and interior styling, the designer can start to form a view of the perfect outdoor space for you.

The designer will have extensive knowlege of materials, decorative items and plants to draw upon and along with analysis of your existing site can start to advise and recommend ideas to create your ideal garden.

Following the Initial Consultation meeting, I will produce a Fee Proposal, specific to your project which gives you the information you need to make a decision.
